Care Provided
Our residential care homes provide housing and related services for each particular demographic. As a result, our residents have access to a wide variety of services outsourced to a third party for quality, specialized support.

The duration of your stay will be based on your personal needs, aspirations, and goals. We recommend a minimum stay of two months. A Key To Evolve is a non-restrictive program that allows individuals to utilize it as a steppingstone or a more permanent residence.
At Keys To Evolve, we appreciate animals, but for the comfort of all our clients, we do not permit them to bring their pets with them. Some clients may have allergies to certain animals, and it would be challenging to accommodate these allergies with animals living inside the home. However, if you would like to have a pet visit, we can arrange that for you.
At Keys To Evolve, we offer both private and semi-private rooms. Some individuals prefer to have their own space, while others find that having roommates enriches their experience. Room assignments are based on availability, individual needs, and personal preferences.
Yes, mail is allowed. To ensure convenience and accessibility, we utilize a reliable mailing service to provide mail handling for our residents. You can receive your mail securely and conveniently through our designated mail service.
Our rates start as low a $700 per month.

Yes. Each residence has a telephone line for both outgoing and incoming calls. The House Manager will assist you in making any calls and obtaining any phone numbers you may require. Clients are permitted to bring personal cell phones as part of their personal belongings.
Yes, smoking is allowed in a designating spot outside the home. Smoking is not allowed indoors under any circumstances. Keys To Evolve is committed to remain a smoke-free housing provider.
Living at Keys To Evolve is similar to living in your own home. You are welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize your bedroom. You can also bring your electronics, games, books, and other personal items with you. However, since we have multiple residents, we aim to maintain a clutter-free environment. Please do not bring more than what can fit comfortably in the designated storage areas
You need income and the ability to afford the rent. If you don’t have income, we provide employment services. We assess applications on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and inclusivity. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific situation.
Keys To Evolve only accepts online applications. Click here to fill out an application online. Once you’ve submitted your application, we will reach out to you when a space is available.
We do not have a set timeline for responding to application inquiries. As opening become available, qualified applicants will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
